This report is being published almost one year later than the scheduled date due to the Iraqi invasion of our country, Kuwait, and the subsequent distressing events of the occupation,and the immence suffering of the Kuwaiti people therefrom. In spite of these circumstances, the kuwait Fund decided to continue its operation from a temporary office in London, expressing its determination to face the challenges and difficulties posed by the invasion.An account of the development assistance provided by the Fund willbe given in 1990-1991 annual report.
